Refunds are not issued for change of mind or unused services.

Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet your specific business outcomes or expectations. 2. Use of the software tools and training materials is at your own risk. 3. No advice, statement, or information provided shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

13. Termination of Services

1. Users may terminate their subscription at any time through their account settings. 2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a User: - Violates these Terms, - Engages in illegal or abusive activity, or - Fails to make timely payments. 3. Termination will not entitle Users to refunds unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. 2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Career, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your: - Violation of these Terms, - Misuse of the Platform, or - Infringement of intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
