Termination of License: The license and access rights automatically terminate: - When the subscription period ends, or - If the User violates the Terms of Service. Upon termination, access to the tools and all stored data may be revoked.
1. All content, software, source code, documentation, graphics, and materials on ProSoftware.in are the intellectual property of Ultimate Career or its licensors. 2. Users are granted usage rights only — not ownership of the software or related assets. 3. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of intellectual property may lead to legal action under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
1. General Policy: As digital SaaS products are accessible immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not offered once access is granted. 2. Exceptions: Refunds are only available in limited cases as defined in the Refund & Return Policy, such as: - Verified technical issues preventing access to services. - Duplicate or accidental payments. - Legal compliance obligations. 3.Ineligibility: Refunds will not be provided for: - Change of mind or unused subscriptions. - Violations of Terms or misuse of services. - Expired or completed subscription periods.

Delivery Issues: If a User does not receive login details or access within 24 hours of payment confirmation, they should immediately contact support@prosoftware.in with: - Full name - Registered email address - Transaction ID or payment proof 2. Technical Support: - Support is available via email or live chat during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday). - Technical training and onboarding are provided through the Ultimate Career Institute as part of the service offering. 3. Service Interruptions: Temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues does not qualify for refunds but will be addressed promptly by our technical team.
1. Any personal or business data collected during account setup or usage is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Laws. 2. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data but grant the Company permission to host, process, and store it securely for service delivery. 3. Upon account termination or deletion, data may be permanently removed from our servers after a defined retention period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Career (ProSoftware.in) shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software; - Data loss due to user actions or third-party integrations; - Issues caused by user configuration or external network problems. Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the User during the previous three (3) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this Digital Products Policy at any time to reflect: - Product or service changes, - Legal or regulatory updates, or - Internal business improvements. Revised versions will be published on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
